PSU: 400W for i5 750 @ 2.67 GHz and GTX 750 Ti. Can I run them?

PSU: Chieftec Smart 400W
Processor: i5 750 @ 2.67 GHz
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 750 TI
My question is will there be any problems for my PSU to run both of them?

A good quality 400W PSU will have no issues with that setup.

Running GTX 750 TI Oced , Core i5 2400 on Delta(same as cheiftec) 450w. working fine.

However i did run my pc on my Dell 240w psu and it worked fine.

As long as your PSU is running up to it's own stated specs, your rig will run fine. The Gigabyte card I looked at requires a 6 pin power connector and 400w is the minimum.

Also minimum requirement is 300w but Gigabyte , MSI , INNO3D tend to give 400w minimum requirment as there are many cheap power supply which fail to give rated power but you can trust on Chieftec.

Perhaps the cards with the 300w minimum use the reference design which does not use the extra 6 pin power connection.

MSI , INNO3d dont use 6 pin but recommend minimum 400w power supply , but in bios the card cant exceed 38.5w , if it does the clocks go down.
