As searched on the internet for this error message, only topics related to Windows 8 issues appeared. So my assumption is that this is Windows 8 driver related issue. I would suggest you to contact Microsoft Support team and see whether they can help you out.

Hi there palak satsangi,

So you got Bad_Pool_Error, replaced your HDD and you continue to get this error message? Generally, this error message indicates some physical memory issues(HDD, RAM). Though, in Windows 8, a software issue could be the reason for that. I would suggest you to check out the following link: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-1653072/fix-bad-pool-header-error-windows.html

Hope this will help,
