is it the mscorsvw.exe process? that's not a virus really, it's a normal windows process to regen libraries in the background. once it finishes it will stop on it's own.
What's the name of the virus? What are the symptoms? Can you give us a screenshot? How do you know it's using 100% of the CPU? Can you tell us the process name? You gotta be a little more specific, buddy.
Are you running Windows 7 or below? If so, run combofix. Its the best virus removal program out there:
