Hello guys,
So recently i noticed sudden fps drops when i played games that previously worked perfect, i tried lowering the graphics but i still had the same problem so i thought that i might need a driver update and downloaded the program from the amd site that autodetects your graphic card and installs the latest drivers, during the installation though i got a black screen and the monitor had no signal, so i restarted my pc and ever since after the windows logo i have a black screen, the problem doesn't show on safe mode.

Solution
i switched the hdmi cable from the card to the motherboard and then back to the graphic card again and it worked (my graphics cards has two hdmi prots so i figured the second port was the righ one)

probably a malware is present in your computer that corrupted your driver for amd video card.(or it may happen due to corrupt driver due to hard drive failure or and unexpected shutdown). Since you can access safe mode just reinstall the drivers through it.

What did you do that resulted in this fps drop that you mentioned.did it happen after an unexpected shutdown or after the installation of a new software or diver.check your tast manager and see if there is any unwanted program running.google the name of each task that you find suspicious.

I have a strong feeling that your pc is infected by a virus
do you fell your pc getting slower too or is it just with games???

There is no suspicious program running in my task manager also my cpu usage is very low when i don't play games which is normal. I didn't use my pc for 3 months because i moved into a new house at the end of the summer, so there wasn't any unexpected shutdown or new installation.
