Sony Vaio - Can't get into bios pressing F2

Hi ! I have such troubles:
1. Looks like I have no bios
2. When trying to boot 0xC000000e9 error occurs

My main system is win7 home premium - not working.
Btw. When booting fedora from the same hdd linux starts normally.

My question is how to fix bios and 0xc000000e9 error ? Can anybody help me ?

Can you boot to safe mode with command prompt then run chkdsk /r?

If F8 does not bring up the boot options try holding F8 before turning the power on (and keep holding the button down after you press the power button). If F8, F2, etc still don't work make sure that if your laptop has a function "Fn" key (usually in the bottom left corner of the keyboard) that you're using it (or not using it) properly

I've tried so but it dosn't work. Grub is currently my boot manager and I can choose between fedora linux and windows recovery.
While linux loads normally, all the other windows options stop with error.
