So I decided to buy a HP PRO 3010 MT for my younger brother. I will use HD 7870 and R9 290 on it, will these cards fit on this PC? I will just get this PC for gaming. I will use gaming cards on it. I can't efford expensive system. So is it right choice for me?

I don't think this will work properly for a few reasons.

1. The PSUs in prebuilt systems are generally poor. You will need to replace these too

2. You can't run a 7870 and a 290 in crossfire as far as I'm aware.

3. Once you have bought a new PSU, and have chosen one card for the system, you will need to check that the motherboard has a PCI-E x16 slot available to plug the GPU in to.

Oh are you buying two and putting a 7870 in one, and a 290 in the other?

Yes I will either use HD 7870 or R9 290. Only one gpu. I will get 750W 80+ PSU for sure. Is it right system for me?

The problem I can see is the CPU, not because it's no good, but because I personally have no experience using the ones in that system :p  Have a look around online on some review sites (Kitguru, Toms, Hexus) and see whether or not the CPU in the system will bottleneck your GPU.

A quick note: Just because a PSU has high wattage and 80+ efficiency doesn't mean it's a good PSU. Use this list to pick a PSU http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-... I would recommend anything Tier 2 Class B and up, with at leasy 650W but more wouldn't hurt :)

Anybody else knows about this PC? I have posted the link to check specs. It uses Q43 Chip.
