My Specs-
Core 2 Duo e7500@2.93GHz
Ram -4GB DDR2 @ 800MHz
GPU-Nvidia Geforce GTX 750ti
Games I want to play
Assassins Creed Black Flag
Watch Dogs
Need For Speed Rivals
Ghost Recon Future Soldier
Call Of duty ghost

C my really give an accurate prediction until you play the game. But I can say about 50+/- FPS on those games on high or medium.

I mentioned either high or medium. And for mediumish low then most likely yes.

Well you should start with a review on the 750 ti, then subtract about 30-60% performance hit for the rest of the system depending on the game. Games that are more GPU dependent may be less affected. Games that are CPU intensive will suffer greater fps loss. And yet again there is the RAM bottleneck factor too.

I would expect most modern games will be playable on low settings with that setup, but I wouldn't expect much more for games like Battlefield 3. Other games like league of legends etc you should expect medium-high settings.
