Comcast/netgear wifi not being recognized

Not on my Pc, PS4, and on my phone either. I was just browsing the internet and it stopped working, this has never happened b4. Reset my router and modem and unplugged/replugged everything multiple times, its been not working for about an hour now. Router is wireless netgear n 150 wnr1000, modem is an arris. I do see a 5 bar netgear wifi Recongnized with no security but connecting to that doesn't work

Can you access the setup screen on the Netgear router? This will tell you if the wifi is on, what settings you have etc. If you havnt changed anything the ip will be 192.168.1.1 with a user of "admin" and a password of "password". Look at this first.

Can you connect to the internet via a wired connection through the router? And are you sure the SSID that you see and connect to is yours?
