Will my computer run sims 4

The minimum requirements say that i have everything up to date except for my pc which is pentium 4 3.06 ghz.I have seen people run skyrim even on pentium 4. will i be able to run it

maybe you saw people run skyrim on a pentium but not a pentium 4 processor.. it will be hell to play skyrim on a pentium 4 .. i could not even play fifa 14 on a pentium and that is way lighter than skyrim ,... i bet its on youtube that you saw the pentium allegedly playing skyrim.. am i right ? dont need to sound mean but you wont play the sims on the pentium processor sorry.. hope i helped
