The machine I'm building looks somewhat like this:

i3-4150
8GB DDR3 Gskill (2x4GB)
GTX 750 Ti
120 GB SSD
A couple of old 2.5" 500GB drives I pulled from old laptops

Now, I was originally building all this around an ASUS H81M-E motherboard. But now I'm wondering if I should get a motherboard that isn't dirt cheap, and that will allow me to upgrade my GPU somewhere down the line. 4x4GB of RAM someday wouldn't be so bad either, which I don't think I can do with an H81 motherboard.

Solution
H97 or Z97 boards, would be the latest available. Would have to be ATX to have four ram slots.

H97 is a full featured board, usually supports crossfire.

Z97 would let you add a chip that can overclock later. Also have support for SLI and Crossfire usually.

Might want to post your desired case and your budget.

I'll be putting the system in a windowed Corsair Carbide 300R, budget for motherboard is up to around $125 I guess; I don't want to spend twice as much on my motherboard as I did on my CPU. I also want a motherboard that can fit a Cooler Master V8 GTS.
