PC lag's when playing an online games.

PC lag's when playing an online game. My internet is fine as i play the same game on my laptop perfectly... My Specs are
750 NVIDIA TI 2GB
6850 AMD CPU
1TB
8GB RAM

I'm playing San Andreas Multiplayer but even that lags.. also to mention i dont have WIFI installed into my PC i have to use a little USB adapter. WN3000 GENIE NETGEAR

Ok i just did 2 speeds test's and the resuslts are quite odd... hmm

Where i am at the moment i have been playing fine before also this is as close as i can get my ping is like 17 so that's good and the temprature's are just fine could i have a virus? Also i have factory reset my PC and scanned it with all the programs i know of..

Perfectly.. I can play bigger games like DayZ also fine but it's the internet side of the issue.

if the single player ok then the problem the wifi not the internet.
