I would highly suggest that you go for the 500 watt PSU. The GPU already consumes around 230 watts the CPU uses around 75 watts. It is also suggested from the GPU website that the PSU should be able to go up to 500 to 550 watts. If you are planning on upgrading this build within the future, then a 500 watt (or even more) could help. Going for the 480 watt power supply is a risk, but it could work. Just be careful because if you don't have wattage available for you system, you could fry your whole build.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 770 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 770 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
GeForce GTX 770 3-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 1000 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

There's basically no cost difference between quality 550 and 650 PSUs. the Seasonic S12 620 will be likely the least expensive option .... also check the XFX Core Edition 650 and Seasonic M12.
