Hello everyone!

I currently have an ASUS MT276. I think it is only 60 hz, I'm not sure. I bought it at a local tech shop used.

I was looking at the benq xl2720z monitor. I really like the feature of the blue back light to reduce strain. I also would like my experience on my computer to be more smooth, so I think 144hz would be great :) .

Mainly I play League of legends and dota 2, and some fps.

I saw asus has some that are pretty close, but much cheaper. I'm not sure if the benq is worth the money if the features would be good.

I have a gtx 780 and an ivy bridge, i5-3575k or something similiar to that.

Any recommendations would be helpful, if there is something better I should get, etc.

Thanks for any advice!
