I would buy a different PSU brand, the Corsair Bronze are not the most reliable. Try Seasonic of XFX. Other than that I like the build!

Alright. What is your budget for the GPU, CPU, and PSU?

I personally prefer the Gigabyte Windforce 280x over the 770. But they are quite close in performance, and it depends on the game. So I would look at what games you play most and go with the GPU that gets the best FPS in those games.

Here are the parts I would recommend.

Turkey3 is right, the Corsair PSU you selected seems to have a pretty bad reputation. Poor capacitors from what I can gather. XFX has a very very good reputation, and is made by Seasonic. I threw in a Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler since you have an overclockable i5.
