So just to clarify before i make any changes i wanted to make sure everything is compatible, and the motherboard and case will work together. Also does everything on newegg.ca come with a warrenty even if you dont buy there seperate one.

Yes everything is compatible. Pretty good selection of parts really. Sapphire, XFX, Cooler Master, and G.Skill all excel at making the parts you selected compared to the competition.

That board is a very poor match for a 8320 or 8350.

I dislike Asrock so as not to be biased I didn't want to comment on the motherboard outside of seeing the socket was correct. Since SR-71 Blackbird spoke up about it, you definitely want to switch it.

It has a poor power and thermal design , not a good match.

Not very good power phase. 990fxa-ud3 is a better choice. That or a 970a-ud3p, if you don't plan to do crossfire or SLI. Everything else looks fine.

The ASUS board is significantly better if you can afford it, one of the best AM3+ motherboards available.
