1.will my motherboard work with the intergrated HD8370D graphics on my proccessor.
2.will the ram fit and work in the motherboard.

I'm a bit concerned, because the CPU Support List for that motherboard lists the graphics as N/A. I don't know if that a typo, because that processor definitely has integrated graphics, or if there's something about that board/processor combo that negates the use of the integrated graphics. I'm only 90% confident that it's a typo and it will work.

Yes, the RAM should work.

I would guess that the graphics card good enough for WoW, but I cannot verify that.

You should not need a wireless card for your PC is you intend to connect it via an Ethernet cable. You will just need to make sure that your wireless components (XBox, TV Now Box?) can see the network attached (wired) device (your PC).

Yes, your power supply is going to be sufficient to power the system, but I'm not sure about the quality. The power supply is one of the most important components in your system and going with a cheap/low quality unit can cause some serious headaches. It it ever fails, it can take other components with it. Not only would you need to replace the power supply, you would also need to replace any other components that failed with it. For the most part, I'm comfortable with power supplies from Antec, Corsair (non-CX models), FSP, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, and XFX.

Between those to motherboards, I'd go with the ASUS simply because it didn't remove the PCI-Ex1 slot.
