On youtube videos (multiple browsers) i'm getting FRAME lag for some strange reason. I even get it on facebook games like scrabble. It's obnoxious as hell and shouldn't be happening! I've updated my drivers, flash, java and don't know what else to do. Someone please help!! I don't klnow what information yall need so please just ask and i'll put the info here.
my GPU is ASUS Radeon HD 7850 Direct CU II
Processor AMD 3.9ghz
RAM 8 gigs
Wings 7 64bit
I don't understand how i could be getting low frames on just regular web pages!!

If you have had a previous GPU it`s a driver problem but if this is a new build then it`s a different story.it's new built. i put the PC together (my friend did) last November. it didn't startdoing this till just a couple months ago. i stil get good FPS in games but just on FB games like scrabble i get low FPS lag and on videos.

Seriously unless you're going to figure out how to post exact model numbers and names of each piece of hardware you have, you cannot expect a detailed answer to your problem. Google how to get such information and then return with the proper information. No offense but 8gigs of RAM doesn't mean anything. Is it DDR, DDR2, DDR3? What is the clock speed? That GPU can EASILY run HD videos without any issue (I know because I own one).
It could be a number of things. You may have messed with the BIOS settings and you're system is acting according to those settings. You may have malware that is slowing down your system. You have a great processor but that doesn't mean anything if it is faulty. What kind of cooling do you have that it hits 18C? That's incredibly low. That could be your problem. Also, just to be that one person, what is Wings 7?

Eh it's better. DDR3 1600mhz is just fine. Your card is more than capable, as is your CPU and the OS doesn't really factor much into video playback after drivers are installed. What is your internet speed? Also, are you using the latest version of your browser(s)? Do you have anti-virus software installed? (If so, run it). If your using an HDD, have you defragmented it lately? (SSD not applicable) Was there a certain point in time when it WASN'T like this or has it been like this since you've built your computer?
