Hey.
One day I came home and one of my old computers in the house didn't wanted to start up. Even the bios didn't show up on screen and then I heard 3 beeps.
I went online and found out its a RAM issue. Then I just went out to the store and bought 2x2G ram of G.Skill and replaced my old 2x1G rams.
(By the way the memorys are ddr2 if it's important)

After I did it, it looked like every thing going well until the computer just started to shut himself down and then immediately recover and boot up again. And since then he do it about every hour or two.

I would thank anyone who can help me up understand what's happening.

Thank you

What mobo and CPU, sounds like the MC (memory controller may need a little extra juice...Possible a BIOS update could fix the problem if BIOS is an older version

The mobo i have on my system is: Intel desktop board d946gzis and my CPU is Intel but i don't sure about the model, i think it is dual core. Its hard to say for sure because the computer closes every two -three minutes now. when the computer exits abruptly, the screen flickers and then a blue screen appears says:"MEMORY MANAGMENT"

Its even happened in safe mode... I heard about Memtest86+, and I tried it.
It showed me a lot of red errors that don't tell me much...

and I'm stuck from there with no idea how to go next.

If errors, then chances are very good that you have a bad stick, check each one individually w/ Memtest
