Buy a new graphic card

hi i have a old graphic card, a geforce gt 220, and i wanted buy a geforce gtx 760, also if i am not sure that it is the best choice and i dont know if the others parts of the computer are fit for the new graphic card, i use the pc especially to play so i am not expert.. could you tell me what to do?

Without upgrading that power supply, the gtx760 is out of the question

You could however comfortably manage a GTX 750ti SC with that PSU, and see a world's worth of difference in comparison to your current dated card
