I need resolution help?

I just upgraded (hopefully, at this point I'm not sure if it was or not) my CPU from a A8 5500k with Radeon 7560d or something like that, to an A8 6600k with Radeon 8570d, and now I can't get to my default resolution of 1080p. The screen looks super zoomed in, and I checked the drivers and everything and I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP I CANT STAND THIS 480P!!

Go into Catalyst Control Center and set the screen resolution.

If that doesn't work, right click your desktop background -> Screen Resolution.
