I think it's more just a matter of getting use to the new size. I went from a 22" to a 27" and then back to a 21". Each time it took a little while to adjust.

I recommend the Asus VS247H-P 23.6 inch HD monitor. I have one myself, it's the perfect size, great quality, nice stand. Everything is pretty much flawless. When I received it in the mail no dead pixels either, which is always a plus.

For the price and quality you cannot beat it. I'll post a link to Amazon if you wanna check it out and even a youtube video with an unboxing.
