Depends on your budget, what games you are looking to play, and the other parts of the build.

The HD8570 is an OEM graphics card. We need to know the full specs (make and model number) of the PC you're trying to upgrade as well as the budget.

That has a 300 watt PSU so unless you are gonna upgrade the PSU you are looking at the GTX 750ti which can run on 300 watts and doesn't need a connector.

what about this one i found earlier? Zotac Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 TI 2GB Over Clocked Graphics Card - 2GB GDDR5, PCIe 3.0 16x, DirectX 11.2(Feature Level 11_0) - ZT-70602-10M

For that one they have added a 6-pin power connector for overclocking and suggest a 400 watt PSU. I wouldn't risk it but if you do you would have to make sure your PSU has a spare 6-pin power connector

I'd be a bit leery of the power supply not being up to snuff, but I have no direct experience.

From everything I have read the GTX 750ti is the go to card for upgrading OEM computers with questionable 300 watt PSUs. If you want to be even safer and give up some performance you could try the GTX 750.
