Which RAM is better?

I am planning to build a computer and i can't decide between these two RAMS.
Any help and suggestions would be hugely appreciated,

They're pretty much the same, the only difference is that the second one has a lower profile for big CPU heatsinks.

They are exactly the same outside the way they look. If I had to choose, RAM 2 for being a lower profile which means better clearance for an aftermarket cooler.

They're basically the same DRAM, only RAM 1 is regular height and RAM 2 is low profile. Really, the only reason to get the low-pro DRAM is if you have a height clearance issue with your CPU cooler.
