Why does my computer keep disconnecting from the Wifi?

For the past month, my computer has been disconnecting at random; sometimes it stays connected for hour, sometimes I can't go a minute without a disconnect. I am sure it is just my computer (the wifi on my phone and roku box work fine) and I have replaced the wifi card, changed the driver, and run virus scans with 3 different programs. Is there anything I could do to fix this? Thanks ahead of time.

Do you have Windows 8? This happens a lot on it.

No, I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Why does Windows not respond to the tens of thousands of people with these issues! This stuff never happens to me on Linux at all.

I would try to delete the driver and then re download it and if that doesn't work, try restoring your computer.

@mrproboss: restoring will do nothing, this has happened to me since a fresh Windows 8 I had, constant connection dropping on wireless. "limited" connection it says and I got so sick of reconnecting. Ubuntu works like a charm.

Then what are you waiting for? Ditch that crappy windows and move to Linux. I had the same problem on my new laptop with windows, installed Linux and all the problems suddenly went away.
