I recommend buying the AMD FX 8350 since you will be video editing and to last you longer without bottlenecking, and I also advise you to buy a different brand PSU such as Seasonic or XFX. People have had issues with those Corsair's failing on them.

I need the build to stay as close to $700 so can't do 8350

What turkey said, also if your going to be editing might want to get another HDD for the files unless you already have them. Might need more RAM for editing as well but the 8gb would be a good start.

Well turkey gave you a build and the 8350 is only $60 dollars more, will look into more parts while I can see what else works. But you do realize even your pricing is above $800 unless you are not accounting any mail in rebates which might not be available at the time you buy?

I agree with turkey3_scratch unless you really can't afford it and the computer isn't gonna be stressed much(with video editing it most likely will be) then shoot for a 500 watt of better quality. At least tier 2( the CX is tier 3) http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...

very good but will you not use CUDA ?
if you will use Adobe program you need CUDA to finish your work faster ... and as the man before me said FX-8350 is better and the PSU isn't good enough .... so I'll make a changes to the build to be better (if you don't mind that ).....
