I am buying a new computer, and I am wondering if this is a good setup.

I am not a gamer, but don't want to buy something that I will want to replace in 6 months.

It has an AMD A10-6800k CPU, Gigabyte F2A58M-HD2 mb, 8 GB DDR3,NZXT Source 210 case. with a 300w power supply. There is no separate video card.

I mostly do some web surfing, listen to the radio, watch movies on the blueray and some telecommuting.

Will this be worth the $550 it would cost, or should I look for something else?

I can also get a i3-4130 with a Asus B85M-G MB, 8GB DDR3, the same case, and aGeForce GT 630 video card for $50 more.

Which should i go with?

If you're not playing games then even the integrated gpu of the i3 would be fine. I personally would build the i3 without the gt630.
In fiact I just replaced an older amd Phenom2 x3 htpc with a Haswell i3/ H87 combo and its doing splendid as an HTPC.
