i7-4820k -Should i change the voltage?

I bought my computer last year from cyber power, and it was overclocked by them.
Specs- cpu:i7-4820k, mobo-Asus p9x79, water cooling.
Overclocking : 4.5Ghz , Voltage-1.45v, Temp -42-45C most times.
Right now i am not really thinking about performance, I only care about life span.So should I change the voltage? If yes what do you recommend? Is it bad to keep the same speed(4.5) when reducing the voltage?If i want to make the speed range between 4.2-4.3Ghz what is the recommended voltage?

You're very safe...45c is nothing to worry about...after all you cpu is unlocked for a reason(to overclock)...your good with the current temp...no issues whatsoever...

If you really want to lower the voltage, start dialing it back by about 0.01-0.05v till it becomes unstable, and run it with the lowest stable voltage.

I'd try and see if it can be lowered, I'd guess they just set to 1.45 and see if it works, I doubt they try any fine tuning, might even be able to run 4.6 at the same voltage, have seen people run 4.8 and better at 1.45

80C is a slight issue.... 40C is simply perfect.
