I have two possible candidates for a mid range gaming PC. Here are the links to them (pcpartpicker)

Which one of them is the better deal. I don't want to go much higher on a graphics card either

I like the Intel build better. But why 12GB of Ram? Get rid of that single stick and bump the GPU up to a 770.

The 4gb of ram is free (new egg special offer) I will take it off later. Which 770 would be best under $300

I dont believe you can get one for under 330. The 760 is a great card though. You can get a Sapphire 280X for 270 though.

The Intel is better,
However, you could add SSD and better GPU for better performance overall...
