When I was building my PC I opted for the GTX 780 windforce GHz edition. The card has been phenomenal and I've experienced no issues in any game except FFXIV: A realm reborn (the only game I play now). I've tried multiple graphical settings but when playing I experience total system crashes (have to use the reset button) and often driver crashes. I've done a clean install of the latest drivers, re-installed the game, rolled back the drivers to no avail. I suspect it's the game not liking the the overclocked graphics card as I have zero issues in any other game (Wolfenstein, Metro, Watchdogs, I can run at max with zero isses). When hunting around for possible solutions I came upon a thread that suggested underclocking the card to normal but since my current card is factory overclocked I was wondering what I should clock it to. I plan on using the Gigabyte OC guru and setting up a profile. Currently the specs are: (See below or attached image for more details)
GPU Clock: 1020/1072 (Base/Boost)
Memory Clock: 6008MHz
Core Voltage: Offset Min checked 0.000V

I was wondering what I should set the values at but still maintain good performance and hopefully fix my issue with FF. I also monitored the temperatures when playing and the hottest I've ever seen the card get is 62C, usually a steady 55C when playing.

MSI afterburner. It has all the monitoring solutions that you specified.
You can also underclock using the afterburner.

Goodluck.
