What kind of games will I be able to play on this build? should i consider 750ti instead off r7 260x ?

I wouldn't say its weak, its low-midrange, but its certainly now weak.
it should handle medium-high 1080p gaming at 30-40fps. turn down AAs / textures and it'll be perfectly fine for 1080 - may need to turn down to 720p for things like crysis 3 and metro, but should be solid for everything else.
