OK so i have a Asrock 990fx extreme 3
phenom ii x6 1055t (2.8 GHz)
Geforce GTX 560Ti.
8G Ram
Computer case is Cooler master P100.
I want to overclock (3.5- 4.0).

I want to add a water cooling kit to this PC and after i will OC.

1. Water cooling kit/Fans options.

I have been looking into XSPC Raystorm 750 EX240/360, as is not too expensive and seems legit. Also the only stock fans i have atm is the one on the CPU and the one on the front of the case, therefor i need more fans. I have read good reviews on Cougar CF-V12HP and that's my main option atm unless there is something better for what im working on. Now, money is not a problem but i would like to stay under $250 for a water cooling kit as this one is my first. Any other recommendations on water cooling kits ?

should i go for the 240 or 360 if i am trying to achieve 3.8-4.0 oc. I know more fans= more cooling but would the 240 be enough to just cool the cpu while overclock, or should i get the 360.
