Have you tried upping the voltages?

Flickering screen? - try a different monitor. Try a different graphics card.

Yes, download Msi Afterburner and try to up the voltage.. Otherwise maybe try what i7baby said, have a different gpu to see if it still does it?

Sounds like a faulty GPU, but I can't be sure. A lot of people have been experiencing artifacting with new AMD cards.

If upping the voltage doesn't work... maybe try a different driver?

Mmm changing the driver probably won't work. Try using on board video, if that works it's most likely the GPU.

After I downloaded msi and restarted my computer I added +6% to the voltage and had 0 problems. Im not sure if this is due to the restart or the voltage because like I said its normally ok. I'll monitor it over the next few days so thanks for everything.

Yeah, for some reason newer AMD cards are having this issue, usually is fixed by upping the voltage, or being RMA'd.. but anyways, Have fun ^^ :)
