I have done a full uninstall of my graphics driver, restarted the PC and re-installed the graphics driver again yet this keeps happening. What should I do? Thanks for the help.

Specs:

GPU: GIGABYTE AMD R9 280x
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670k
OS: Windows 8.1
RAM: 16GB

See if the PC/laptop manufacturer has a newer driver version on it's website if it's an on-board graphics chip.

If it's an add-on graphics card, go to the AMD website instead and download latest driver from there.

I already did a full uninstall and re-install by downloading the latest driver version from the AMD website. I added in my PC specs in the OP.

This has also begun happening from time to time. The screen turns blue, then restarts the PC.
