Hi, I am in need of help why my CPU is acting up lately? I notice my CPU Speed is at a constant 4.17GHz (idle) / 4.21Ghz (Total) when I OC it @4.2 / 21x. I have read every site about OC'ing properly, yet the speed is still constant. Why is the total speed @ 4.21GHz not 4.2GHz? Still at idle, 4.17GHz.
Power Options is on Balanced. I like to use less power when running idle, most of the time it drops to 1.3GHz.
