Solution
Refer this for Battle field 4's fps at various settings in a full HD resolution.. Playable FPS..

This image is for watch dogs at three different resolutions and different settings.. (These results are with 650 Ti and your 650 Ti Boost will give a 5-15 fps increase with watch dogs optimized drivers installed) The game line is the playable FPS..

Splendid
Cool graph. Very handy.
Kinda disagree a little with the placement of the 'game line'. I tend to think of ~30fps as a min for games where FPS isn't critical. I'd want an absolute min of 40 for BF4 etc. 60+ is ideal.

Not critical for watchdogs etc. 30 fps is fine. Getting that is a different story. With a 280x and ageing Q6600 at 3.2Ghz, and the WD 'PC' setting to boost fps, I could barely get into the 40s with everything on the lowest, so I'm not sure a 650Ti will hold above 30.

That was from the game debate benchmarks and they say that game line as manageable FPS to play watch dogs. i'll play FPS, TPS, racing games, games like GTA too. What I've realised is when you're playing racing games (where all the object and textures in the screen changes continuously at high speeds) the FPS should be at or above 30 otherwise making a turn/drift creates lags and car/vehicle crashes). For fps and tps game (where the character - usually a person walks almost all times or runs) the FPS can be lesser for manageable playing. However many people (like me) prefer just the game play, the thrill & enjoyment rather than the ultra details. High details-medium is enough when you get involved very deep in the game.

Yes we know. Your CPU is good. The image I posted is for GTX 650 only. The GTX 650 Ti BOOST will have 5-15 FPS higher.
