Upgrade my GPU or CPU?

So I have a little extra money this month, about $250. I want to put it into my PC but don't know which I should get; a new CPU or GPU?

Now I already bought a Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD, and if I'm getting a GPU im gonna get another GTX660 and run them SLI

I think your current build is a good one. It is a good combination. So for upgrading the CPU you cannot utilize the whole CPU with 660 same is true when you buy a GPU.

At this moment the best option is to upgrade the CPU.
You can SLI later if you like.

Reality wise, you can run current games in decent settings.
