I am planning to allow up a guests to access my wireless network (802.1x with dedicated username and password say).

How do i show them up a warning that your access to internet can be tracked for security reasons? typically its a one-time warning which pops up when the system gets connected to WiFi.

Using a Cisco Linksys EA4500 router, and a free radius server.

My guess is you can't do it simply. This function is generically called captive portal. It also most times only works with web pages so if they would launch say outlook it would log in and fetch mail without displaying the screen or if you enforce a confirmation the users would have to know to always launch a browser first.

There are some captive portal apps that run in routers with dd-wrt but mostly this is done with a firewall. You will in either case need a server to drive this which I suspect you can use the same one that does your radius.
