Hi guys,
The following issue has happened me twice with my current computer (i7-3770k and an AMD R9 290 Tri-x), the first time I fixed it by formatting the pc, but I don't want to do that now if I don't need to. Both times the conditions have been the same: I had to move my computer on a long trip, so I turned off my pc, took out the graphics card (without removing drivers first, could be that the problem?) and then reassembled everything before turning it on.
Then, when I turn on my pc, everything seems to be OK until this image appears: http://www.muycomputer.com/files/HIDDEN_264_8182_FOTO_arranque_windows_7.jpg
After that phase, the image on the screen disappears and shows "no signal detected". To fix that, I have to disconnect the pc and enter in safe mode (The pc works fine then). In that scenario, when I open the MSI afterburner it seems like I don't have a GPU, the same things happens when I enter the Catalyst Center, it doesn't detect my GPU. So I uninstall the drivers with the Driver Uninstaller, I restart the PC and works fine in regular mode. I install the latest drivers (14.4 atm), restart the PC and I can game and use the GPU properly.
But then when I turn off the pc and I want to use it again, randomly the problem starts all over again. I am getting tired and I have no internet yet, so I can't do a proper research. The last time I couldn't enter all websites either, just a couple, I can't test it now.
I already have tried to take out the GPU and reassemble it. And I don't have any restauration points to use.
Thanks for the help, I hope I have explained myself properly.
