How can i menage the speed of my case fans-lower or speed up

Hello i really need to know if someone knows to help me,and tell me how or if there is some program for controling the speed of my case fans i have 3 of them ,so i want to lower some of them or speed up,i pesonaly don't know how but if someone knows how or a some program PLESE help me i need to do this,my fans are to fast by default i need them to lower them a bit ..

There should be an option in the BIOS to do this. What motherboard do you have?
