I was wondering if anyone knows how to contact some powercolor reps in order to receive an RMA number to my place in Israel.
for some reason, the only option at their site (after registering and what not) is to send it within the 52 U.S states and Canada only :-\
well, I bought my piece of shit at e-bay and now, just 1 year into my ownership, the cards fance are rattling badly and NO ONE at the powercolor global and\or US site is even replying (I've tried both us e-mail address and the on-line application service).
any advice to how I can actually contact these unprofessional people???
