CPU booting problem Help

Help when I open my pc the lights and fan turns on then turns off then on again and again until it finally boots up ...

I fixed two computers over the last month with the same issue. One had a faulty power supply, and the other had a bad motherboard that wasn't getting power where it needed to. Borrow a friends PSU to see if that works properly with your system first off. If the PSU is known to be a working unit, and the problem is still there it will most likely be the motherboard. If all problems go away with a different PSU, then replace your current unit.
