XFX has a lifetime warranty and they stand behind it. Also, they have english speaking tech support at 800 880 3225.

Did i mention i was biased because im the XFX Support rep here at Tom's?

If you ever have any issues, please pm me or open a ticket at xfxsupport.com.

Thanks

"should i buy a r9 290 now or wait for the new cards"
- Well, if you need a graphics card, i wouldn't wait. I personally don't know when the next series will launch, so i don't have a reference to validate waiting.

"are xfx going to releace the 300 series"
- There was an apparent leak that detailed the next GPU roadmap for the 300 series. I cannot confirm or deny its truth, however, if there is a new 300 series, XFX will most definitely be apart of it
"what is the equilivent of the r9 290/ x"
- I dont know for certain. I would guess based off naming schemes in the past. a 290 would most equal to a 380. Like the 6950 is most like a 7870. As i mentioned previously, this is merely speculation, I am not an insider nor do i have information before the general public.

Thank you
