Dropped my laptop and now the intel graphics card is broken (pixels are messed up), but the nvidia one is perfectly fine. How can I completely disable/bypass the Intel HD graphics?

Go into your Device Manager, click the "+" sign next to Display Adapter. It should be listed - right-click on it and select "Disable" or "Uninstall".

Disable it in bios, otherwise it might cause issues.

Do not attempt to disable the Intel HD graphics core. I have read many posts / threads of people attempting to do so and it more or less crashed the laptop where you would need to re-install windows or in a few rare instances totally bricked the laptop.

Instead try to see if you can make the nVidia chip be the default graphics option. There should be an nVidia control panel that allows you to set which program will use the nvidia chip or the Intel graphic core. You will need to do it individually for each program.
