I have a G3258 and just recently bought a NH-D14 (love the cooler) and I am able to push my cpu to 5Ghz quite easily but I've heard that 1.4v us too much for haswell but will 1.550v kill my CPU within a few days of gaming?

My answer is yes and I was scared to go to 4.6Ghz (1.325v) but I have it running at that now.

How long do you think it will take to kill the CPU and is 1.325v to much at the moment?

Thanks

If you're just gaming 1.325v is ok, its not good but its not going to kill your cpu.
1.550v even with temps below 80C is dangeruos imo and you should not do it.

Do you have a voltage that I should never go past?

My limit for Haswell is also 1.300 V.
