Will this processor work with this mobo??

So I have an H-Apricot-RS780L-uATX (Apricot)
Motherboard
Will this processor work with it??
I'm just trying to test my processor in it to finally rule out everything with my old set up....I'm pretty sure my old mobo is dead but this is the last test.

AMD Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition Deneb Quad-Core 3.5GHz Socket AM3 125W Desktop Processor

So I put the processor Into that mobo.... I got an error on my screen telling me it was an un supported processor and then told me it was shutting down in 15 seconds..... What seems to be the problem here ?
Is my processor corrupt or what? I'm very confused....

They are not compatible, because from the link ( AlanWakeFan posted it ) you can see in the " Processor upgrade information " the Max TDP= 95W, and the 970BE has 125W TDP, that means the MB can't power up the cpu.
