Are you doing anything else other than gaming?
16G is overkill for gaming, you will be fine with 8GB.

3 monitors will depends mostly on your gpu so I still think 8GB will be fine unless you hosting a minecraft server.

What do you mean by playing multiple games at the same time?
i don't see how you would play BF4 with Titanfall at the same time.
BF4 and titanfall are fine with 8GB of ram.
