looks great. Personally I'd get a better and bigger psu. the cx series is low end and a 430w doesnt leave any room for upgrafes

You might want an aftermarket cooler on it, I suggest the Cooler Master Hyper T4. I have it and it's a great cooler.

MSI boards are very bad on the am3+ platform. Get one of these:
ASROCK
970 Pro4
970 Extreme4
970 Extreme3

GIGABYTE
GA-970A-UD3
GA-970A-D3 (r1.3/1.4)

ASUS
M5A97 EVO/PRO
M5A97 (R2.0) - NON LE!

If you go with the AM3+ platform you might as well go with the 990 chipset. A great board that I have in my first build is a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5. It's more than enough for that chip as I have the 8350 in mine and have it OC'd to 4.6Ghz with a 230Mhz Bus speed. I would go with a 600-700W PSU to give you room for OC'ing and upgrading if you do not plan on changing platforms. I have a Corsair GS700 powering my first build and its more than adequate. Corsair line that are preferred are the AX, RM, and GS series. AX being the flagship line.
