I recently bought a new computer from PC World, it's manufactured by PC Specialist, and I have come across a problem. I have rebooted numerous amounts of times, using both F2 and Delete, and still to no content. What happens is, when I boot up the computer I enter the BIOS but it only displays the date and time. I have tried changing resolution. It only displays date and time and then a mouse cursor in the middle. If I drag the mouse around the screen, it will unveil a picture beneath, but only pixels by pixels. and even when it is unveiled, I cannot click on anything.
