how i get rid off hiberfil.sys,Pagefile.sys and install.esd

That's your page file, you don't get ride of it. Your computer won't work without it.

You can disable Hibernation, that might shrink the hiberfil.sys.

The install.esd can be deleted, BUT this is your backup copy of Windows if you need to recover. You'll need to move personal files if you want to free up disk space, don't delete system files. You can shrink your page file, depending on how much RAM your system has installed, but I also don't recommend it.
