The JXDs are retrogaming tablets. They come with a rooted android OS installation and are aimed to android gaming or retrogaming. They're off-topic here, for how good they may be...
As per the real thread, I'd say get the one whose games fit your tastes best. For example, at the time, the PS3 costed more than the 360 and had less games I liked, so I bought the latter, regretting the choice later on, as good JRPGs/RPGs (which I'm a big fan of) started getting out...
Eventually, I ended up with 3 RRoDs (PS3 had YLoDs, so I can't really complain) and a console that didn't fully satisfy me. Bought me a ps3 superslim a couple months ago and I'm getting the hell out of Tales of Xillia
.
In any case, a new console would be a much better choice ATM, unless you have some very specific games you want to play that are available only on a particular console. PS4 is probably the best choice (slightly better hardware, good games coming out in the next months), and I also don't like how marketing went with the XBO, although it is a very viable choice too.
They started by enforcing DRM policies, kinect requirement (even if the game didn't use it) and by telling their console was a multimedia services platform rather than a home gaming console...they ended up with a completely opposite situation after noticing they would've got half the sales like that...
